AIM

Agaroo’s No Boil No Oil Womens Healthy Club  a group of women from all over the Town who get together at least twice a month to enjoy a couple of exciting meals together. It’s a delicious way to meet new people from around the world who all share one common passion – making wonderful food and enjoying lovely companies and enlightening conversations. We make new friends, get new recipes and learn new tricks from each other! Whether you are single or married with children, imagine being able to put a few new dishes from all over the world on your dinner table at home, how exciting that would be! And imagine all the new worldly friends you will be making!

OUR GOAL IS TO LEARN NEW COOKING STYLES, RECIPES AND HAVE FUN WHILE BUILDING LONG-LASTING FRIENDSHIPS IN THE PROCESS!

Activities & Achivements

Agaroo’s No Boil No Oil Womens Healthy Club  have some rules for the group that are effective :

1. We want to be able to recognize you when you show up at our events so all members need to have a close up picture of themselves on their profile. Please note that we have a private Meetup group so only other members will be able to view your photo.

2. Within 6 months of joining and after attending at least one event, each member is required to host either a sit down meal or a buffet style meal, of home cooked food, for at least 5 members and herself.

Benifits of No Oil No Boil Food

Eliminating oil from you cooking will also guarantee fresher, better tasting food. Compare that tablespoon of oil (124 calories) to a cup of organic vegetable broth (15 calories) or a glass of water (0 calories) and you can easily conclude that your body is better off without oil.
